Paul Pietsch was born in Dartmouth, MA, and resides on the cusp of Washington, DC. He received his MFA and Graduate Certificate in Arts Management from American University and a BA in History from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Paul has taught at the Washington Studio School since 2018. Previously, he taught at Prince Georges Community College and ran figure model sessions at Hillyer Art Space and the Washington Drawing Center. He does other things, too.
